Kou wood is particularly favored as a carving wood and can be recognized by their orange flowers. It was thought that Kou was brought here when the first Polynesians traveled to Hawai'i, but there have been studies on Kauaʻi that posits that the tree was growing in Hawai'i before human settlement. In any case it is a treasured tree in Hawai'i.
This slim click pen was made for the busy on-the-go executive. Fits comfortably in hand and is just the right size to pair with a journal or planner. This high end writing instrument includes a black ink refill and an extra refill as a gift to you.
Please note that our pens are made of all natural woods and our own resin mix. Although similar, no two will be exactly alike.

Each resin pour is unique, so although we can assure you the color will be similar, the patterns within the resin will be unique from piece to piece.
Just as well, our wood will have unique grain patterns even in woods of the same type.

Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
